Chris called and said he has an offer worth coming in to the dealership for. We had no desire to trade our vehicle that we loved for another, however we have tremendous trust in Chris. It is ONLY because of him that we even came into the dealership. Chris set us up with a brand new vehicle and gave us the opportunity to get an incredibly lower interest rate. We are very impressed as he saved us a lot of money! Chris is very professional and personable. He works so hard and go way beyond to make sure we are well taking care of. He didn't rush me into the first vehicle he found that fit the criteria, he found what I wanted and then compared it to other selections on the lot and picked the once he knew would fit our needs and lifestyle the best. His knowledge and experience were apparent during the test drive and while he was doing the final check list when we picked up the car. I've never had a better buying experience. Bill was our 'money man'. The most stressful part of any purchase and Bill made it feel like we were meeting with a long time friend. He provided us with some excellent advice, gave us all the options available that met our budget and helped us make financial choices that were sound and would protect our investment. I knew I wanted a hatchback and thought I really wanted a Toyota ya Chris was very friendly and actually listened to what I was looking for in a car. I knew I wanted a hatchback and thought I really wanted a Toyota yaris. When I arrived he had a few cars for me to test drive that he thought I would like, and I'm glad he did because I did not like how the Toyota felt while driving it. I saw a Hyundai veloster that I liked while browsing the website but thought that it was a standard from the specs given. We looked inside and saw it was an automatic and ended up taking that car out for a drive and it ended up being the car I purchased! Chris was very patient with me and my indecisiveness of the other cars I test drove and I'm very happy that I found the veloster More
