Alex had helped us last year - based on our outstanding experience with him, there was no question who to call when we were looking to replace our 2015 Escape. We were NOT disappointed! Alex is simply outstanding - so knowledgeable and focused on a great customer experience! He helped us review and evaluate a number of options - always willing to search, review and run the numbers on the cars we were looking at. Alex was genuinely focused in ensuring we were going to get the car we wanted/needed - including fairly and transparently working with us during the contracting process. Always professional, kind, polite, and honest. No pressure, too. We could not have asked for more! Thank you Alex! Words cannot express my appreciation for Sales - Larry Helsel, Alex Barksdale, Chris Dunn, Service - Mike Mavar, Melissa Cooper, and Finance - Kevin Burns and Gage. My recent experience had me in the dealership around 2:15p and driving away in my new car at 4:30p. I did advance research on their website, I knew which vehicles I wanted to look at and was familiar with their prices.
