Chris Smith, salesman, was great to do business with. I found communication with Mike S. challenging. Despite indicating that I didn't want to purchase any of the upselling attempts; he continued to call I found communication with Mike S. challenging. Despite indicating that I didn't want to purchase any of the upselling attempts; he continued to call. My first attempt to call him I connected to the voicemail of a person; who is no longer there. Following that attempts to reach Mike were sent to a voicemail that never picked up and did not have a name attached to it. My communication had to go through Chris Smith, who was great through this entire process. Mike then tried to call repeatedly when I was unavailable. Despite me texting Chris and he telling Mike that I was unavailable due to being at DMV, He (Mike) called repeatedly even with Chris standing there and telling him that I was unavailable. It was at this point, I relayed to Chris that perhaps Denooyer was not the right place for me. Chris' professionalism and support is what kept this deal afloat. His follow up after the deal was professional greatly appreciated. More
