Easiest transaction I've ever had-we were done in less than 15 minutes by phone as I lived in NM. Upon arrival and seeing my beautiful car polished and waiting for me, I literally cried. Chris ensured that no extras were placed on the car until I arrived and decided at that time which was much appreciated. Tim was fantastic in finance and had me out the door within the hour. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I sat in the car. Chris walked me through the navigation system and synced my phone before I left the lot which was so helpful finding my way around Tucson and to get back home. Both were friendly, professional, personal and made this the ultimate experience for me. I am forever grateful to them both for their kindness, quick turnaround and for treating me like they would family. Great values and integrity! Our 12 year old Forester had been a great car, but felt it was time. We love our new Cross-Trek Hybrid. More peppy than the regular Cross-Trek. Throughout the lengthy process Chris was patient, never pressured us and just an all around great guy to work with. Highly recommend him. On the business paperwork side, Tim was also refreshing to work with in comparison to other dealers we have worked with in the past thirty+ years of buying cars. We saved over $3,000 on nearly the same model of Forester. The staff was fantastic with their professionalism and concern for our well being while at the dealership was outstanding. Buying a car is a stressful, laborious process and they were quick to check our needs and comfort level regularly. Chris Smith was a gracious, respectful salesperson who's primary goal was to suit our needs the best he could. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The lounge was nice to chill with the Diamondback game on the flat screen. I was down with that part of it. Actually, we both highly recommend Tucson Subaru, they are professionals through and through. More
