The financing part of the auto buying process takes way too long and should be done exclusively online. Additionally, when financed instead of one credit inquiry, they were several up to five inquiries on too long and should be done exclusively online. Additionally, when financed instead of one credit inquiry, they were several up to five inquiries on my credit report, which resulted in my credit score, dropping significantly. Is it necessary to check the credit more than once? I don't think so! That was annoying! Chris our sales representative was amazing! Very responsive & communicative. Please make the financing process online only!!!! More

We all appreciated Chris and his courtesy. He was very nice to work with and we would surely recommend him again. However, I left a voicemail for Tom the same Sunday evening we got home. He He was very nice to work with and we would surely recommend him again. However, I left a voicemail for Tom the same Sunday evening we got home. He promised to waive a $329 dealer fee. When we got home, I checked my papers and noticed that form was missing. I think he didn't waive it as promised at the signing and never returned my call. That was the only part that was upsetting and disappointing. More
