Mind-blowing experience!! This dealership has the BEST employees ever!! From the time we walked in the door, they were excellent!! My husband and I test drove several cars, but This dealership has the BEST employees ever!! From the time we walked in the door, they were excellent!! My husband and I test drove several cars, but the employees never treated us as though it was a problem. We were under no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Mark Hubbard is, by far, the BEST salesman I've ever dealt with!! We purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima. After my experience with DonohooAuto, I'll never go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle. Stress free!!! Trey was my salesman and he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I drove 3 hours to the dealership and I'm glad I did. No hassle I shopped around online for cars for months. I needed something economical and within my budget with two new drivers being added to my household. When I was ready for my next purchase I found the car I was looking for on the Donohoo webs i generally buy new and keep the car for about ten years. When I was ready for my next purchase I found the car I was looking for on the Donohoo website. I live in Fairhope so it was a three hour drive to their site. The process is organized and I looked at about five cars and test drove each. The folks there don't rush you or pressure you to buy. Everyone from the front desk staff to the sales person, finance person, and knowledge guru (walks you through the car features) were just great! My husband went with me and seeing my experience, he intends to go back to this dealer when he wants a change of vehicle. I was surprised and pleased by the follow up communication after I got home with my car - calls, emails, a thank-you card in the mail, and the Donohoo newsletter. More

What you see online is what you get ! I bought 2 cars in 2 months in Donohoo. I keep on coming back because they have the best deal in Alabama, found a 2014 Camry SE car online , the car w I bought 2 cars in 2 months in Donohoo. I keep on coming back because they have the best deal in Alabama, found a 2014 Camry SE car online , the car was located in Fort Payne, I paid the $99.00 fee and we prepared the paperwork without driving the car, it arrived the next day and when I drove the car , if was exactly what I thought it was, smooth ride, loaded , no scratch, looks new for a 2 year old car, no accident based on car fax, I bought a loaded Camry SE for a price of a cheap Corolla or Civic. No regrets coming back to Donohoo. I advertise the great service and deal to my friends. Thanks Eric Jones for making it easy for me. More
