All of the shops I spoke to sounded like they didn't care to help, were too busy, didn't know how to check for me, required me to email, etc...until I called Subaru of Jacksonville and spoke to Chris Schaer! Chris took his time and listened to my question, figured out a way to check for an answer for me, found me the correct part for my car, and was very patient with me in the process. I ordered the part from them in FL even though I am out in CA all because of how helpful Chris and his team were. Helpfulness goes a long way and the folks at Subaru of Jacksonville are all very nice and so helpful. Thank you so much! Darrin More

I have previously purchased tires for other cars I have owned at Costco, but for my Subaru the dealer got the nod and they were highly competitive. More

Ended up being something small, a cracked gasket on my gas cap, but they really went out of their way to make up for the trouble.
