I originally brought a 2020 Dudge Durango from Mt Emphraim. I had no problems with that truck for three years. I went to get an oil change and was talked into trading it in fir a newer model. I purch Emphraim. I had no problems with that truck for three years. I went to get an oil change and was talked into trading it in fir a newer model. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango. Haven't had it a year, it stared leaking coolant. I took it to the service department. This was on Feb. 2, 2024, when they said the work was completed I saw that it was still leaking coolant under the car. The representative tried to tell me it wasn't leaking," it was water from driving through a puddle'. I told him that watercwas not pink! As I drove back to Philadelphia the truck began to overheat heat again. I took the truck right back to the dealer. I had someone pick us up from the dealer. I asked about a loner to have while my brand new car was being serviced. It didn't have 10,000 miles as of yet. I had to rent a car, which was a hardship. I talked with the manager if the service department. He gave me the number to the Chrysler Dodge company to get the rental reimbursement. The case manager told me that I would be able to recover the $600. It wasn't all but it most of the cost. Somehow that person canceled it. They never told me that all corresponding would be done over emails. I was told that my truck would be completed on Monday, Feb. 12, 2924 but it wasn't done. I had to take the rental back that same day. Mt Emphraim finally set me up for a rental that day. My truck was picked up on Feb. 14,2024. I filled out the paper work to get the almost $700 in rental car cost reimbursed. On Friday, April 5, 2024 I git the email that they were only reimbursing me $158.00. I feel like I was misled, not heard by anyone at the dealer. When I picked up my truck the keys were at the cashier. No one ever told me what was done to my truck. I am very disappointed about this entire situation. It makes me nervous about this truck from this point. My confidence and trust in this truck, dealership/ service department is at an all time low More

I was just in for regular maintenance and check up. i like to use my own oil Mobil ! Extended Performance, which is not available at most Service Garages and your Service Manager has no problem with i like to use my own oil Mobil ! Extended Performance, which is not available at most Service Garages and your Service Manager has no problem with that arrangement. Service is quick friendly and always done right. Service Dept is very good and and are all quite professional. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the highly qualified technicians who may have done the good quality work on my 2016 Challenger. More

The dealership started out being pretty good for me I purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power source shutdown while I was driving. Took the vechile in and nothing was detected just loose connections. Less the 30 days later the same problem occurred with the vehicle going dead while driving in traffic. Also, my vechile has a strange metal rattling sound that the service tech seem not to figure out. Now today my radio screen has gone out and is displaying a sign saying power surge on usb hud detected . At this point the car appears to be a terrible purchase and the service team can’t identify the issues I’m experiencing. Not to mention the sales rep who sold me the car has gone mia after the second incident. More
