Had a noise. that seemed to be the brakes. I just wanted checked out so no damage was happening. Made the appointment for the next morning. After arriving Dean s that seemed to be the brakes. I just wanted checked out so no damage was happening. Made the appointment for the next morning. After arriving Dean said the would test drive it a check out the brakes. I said I would wait and after a reasonable time he told me they checked out all the brakes and everything was ok. It may have been just road noise. As usual great and efficient service. More

I never thought I would write a positive evaluation for a car dealer and their employees, but here I am! After almost 3 years of leasing our Envision, my husband and I traded in our existing leased car for car dealer and their employees, but here I am! After almost 3 years of leasing our Envision, my husband and I traded in our existing leased car for a new one. And, indeed, it was more than a pleasant experience. Mike Audino's leadership and Shelly Barr's kindness and knowledge of the products available, made this transaction a pleasant one. Both Mike and Shelly worked with my husband and me while we tried to figure out whether leasing or purchasing a car would be more cost effective. Mike and Shelly answered all our questions--some more than once. In the end, they helped us find a car that met all our needs--and then some. No surprise: we leased another Envision Avenir. It's a perfect car for us: luxurious, beautiful, and comfortable. And most of all, our 7 year old granddaughter liked the exterior sparkles! Sold. More
