I put in a deposit to reserve a vehicle which I later cancelled due to personal reasons. Its been close to two months since I told my sales person (Michael) at the time that I was no longer interested an cancelled due to personal reasons. Its been close to two months since I told my sales person (Michael) at the time that I was no longer interested and requesting a refund. Since then I have been to the dealership 5 times talked to various people asking for the refund and I still haven't received the check. I was told I will get a call once the check is ready and no call yet. Not sure how long I have to wait. The reservation clearly states 100% refund but it DOES NOT state that it takes months to get YOUR own money back. P.S : Received refund check after exactly 2 months. More

Chris Matos was very friendly in the beginning when selling me a car but would constantly leave for 20-30 minutes and by the time I had gotten to sign the paperwork for the car, it had been 4.5hrs. I e selling me a car but would constantly leave for 20-30 minutes and by the time I had gotten to sign the paperwork for the car, it had been 4.5hrs. I expressed what time and day I would be coming in to pay for/pick up the car because I told him I live an hour away and when I went to pick up my car just to pay and leave, i was left sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours while he took other clients. Completely unprofessional. Cherry on top, once I finally left with the car, he was so busy with other clients he forgot to take the dealership tracking device out of the vehicle before letting me go with the car. And then proceeded to ask me to drive all the way back to drop it off. The dealership sent someone over to my work to get the tracking device, however, the person was having trouble finding my work and where I was parked so I had to stop working in the middle of the day to go help and Chris had texted saying that it was his day off so he was unable to handle the situation, even though it was his problem to begin with. Im going to be honest with this review. I don't normally come to write a bad review but this was just ridiculous. More

From start to finish the sales team was upfront about any and all taxes and fees which is nice to deal with. There were no surprises at time of signing which is also a relief. As far as product knowledge, th and all taxes and fees which is nice to deal with. There were no surprises at time of signing which is also a relief. As far as product knowledge, they were also very good. I was taking delivery of a new car and they were on top of delivery times and adjustments and communicated any updates to me. In this current climate of deliveries and shortages there were, of course, delays but the team kept me informed. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Chris Matos, John Restrepo, and Anthony Petruzziello. More

If you’re looking for a car, this is the BEST place to go. Not only are the quality of cars incredible, but the staff is too — Chris Matos is your guy is you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. He ensures t go. Not only are the quality of cars incredible, but the staff is too — Chris Matos is your guy is you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. He ensures there is proper communication throughout the process, he is knowledgeable about information, he is kind and friendly; but above all — he is HELPFUL. When you are shopping for a new car, there are dealerships who do not care about quality and are there for the money. My experience with Chris Matos at Danbury Hyundai was the complete opposite and proved that this process can be informative, fun and enjoyable at the same time. When my first choice of a car did not work out, Chris took it upon himself to find not one but multiple cars respecting the original price range I gave him. I was able to leave with the car the same day. In addition, Dave from finance was so kind and sweet. He explained things to me as a first time solo car buyer and was in no rush to see other people. He made me feel like my time to understand was very important. The dealership deserves five stars and Chris deserves over 10. If you’re in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and give him a call! More
