Very rude sales manager name Chris Mariakis. I just purchased a vehicle and was rude about having car gas up. The three locations of Bill Hood representatives lied during the whole process. Beyond angry! I ordered an F250 in August 2021. I verified the dealership participated in Ford X-Plan pricing and shook hands on a deal. I even got a copy of the cost summary and gave the salesman a copy of my X-Plan PIN for his records. I am a retired Air Force veteran and am eligible for X-Plan pricing through one of my military discount plans. Fast forward to now (21 Jan 2022), and the dealer would not honor their deal. They also initially offered $3,000 less for my trade than Ford quoted on their own website. Furthermore, when my wife and I talked to the manager about making things right, he became argumentative, treating us like we were ignorant and irrational. Not wanting to give up a vehicle I waited five months for, I did take delivery - at MSRP and for the minimum Ford-quoted trade-in value. We were rushed through the finance process, with no explanation about warranty or maintenance plan options. Moreover, the staff could not find all the keys to our vehicle, and we left without any apologies or followup from the manager. I will be contacting Ford corporate and the Better Business Bureau with several complaints, and I do intend to pursue compensation for the balance of my initial deal. I consider this a breach of contract, and I will never do business with Bill Hood again. It is not an honest business, and they do not keep their word. More
