If you want to know more about me, I would say I love my family their all different and special to me in different ways, they've helped me become the person who I am today. My parents worked hard being small business owners, so that they could send me to private school watching them I've learn hard work and education is important. My cousins are the most crazy, funny, motivate, weird, and accepting people that I know I wouldn't trade them for no other family. Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. They advertise they can help everyone and anyone but they really cant. I was told I was approved they needed to just find out the cars I could choose They advertise they can help everyone and anyone but they really cant. I was told I was approved they needed to just find out the cars I could choose from. Come time find out they told me it was a no go. Even after telling me all I would need was 3,000 down and that I was approved. I spent my Monday calling for almost 3 hours. Had my hopes completely up. I was transferred to 9 different people because they sales guy Chris I was working with was supposedly working with a customer then customer service told me he wasn't even in. I have had better experience at a buy here pay here. Don't waste your time. More

I have just picked up my brand new 2023 Kia Seltos! ! And I love it already! Matthew Sinacori was a great Sales Consultant & really worked to get my car payment to where I needed to be, going back & for ! And I love it already! I swore to myself I would never do business with Summit Place Kia after a horrible experience I had roughly 10 years ago, but as they are the leading dealership in the country when it comes to Sportage ava Place Kia after a horrible experience I had roughly 10 years ago, but as they are the leading dealership in the country when it comes to Sportage availability I decided to give them another shot. To say I am disappointed would be a massive understatement. My wife and I went in and met with Chris Manns on October 17, 2022 as we were both interested in leasing new cars. I followed up with him via email (and text as well as he stated that was his preferred contact method) the next day requesting more info and to get some pricing on a custom build I was interested in. He responded the next day stating he would generate the numbers and get back to me by the end of the day and it's been radio silence ever since. We are now entering into December and I have followed up with three more emails and three additional texts as well only to be completely ghosted. Unfortunately for you we were no longer willing to wait and opted to go to Fox Volkswagen and worked with Elizabeth Carr over there to purchase new cars this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth and would highly recommend seeing her if you are in the market for a new vehicle. When it comes to Summit Place Kia, I guess as the old saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. That's what I get for not trusting my gut in the first place. Where do I start. I responded to a radio announcement about special programs from Summit Place Kia. I applied online, and received a text from a rep. This was over a w I responded to a radio announcement about special programs from Summit Place Kia. I applied online, and received a text from a rep. This was over a week ago. Since then, and multiple calls, text, and emails, no one has responded to me. I spoke to a sales manager Jason, who promised to return my call within an hour. That was 3 days ago. To date, no one has helped me. Even if I don't qualify, be professional and respond. I am so disappointed. I really would like for you and your staff to treat us as if we are customers and not low budget people. I have a great history for vehicles, and just wanted to upgrade from the situation I am in currently with my vehicle. More
