Also, when it became apparent that the shuttle would not be availa Mac, the service consultant, understood my desire to keep the cost of service down. Also, when it became apparent that the shuttle would not be available for awhile and a loaner was not available, he provided me with a free Enterprise rental for the day which I appreciated. More

Outstanding Customer Service and Price Recently lost the transmission in our car. We received the best recommendation to work with Mac at Jennings. So glad we did. He exhausted every option to help get our vehicle fixed and quickly. Everything from checking price, transmission options, availability, warranty, etc. He took the time and made sure to provide the options available to us. We also explained that we had a brand new baby at home and he was able to coordinate a loaner vehicle so we weren't without a car. He went above and beyond! We also dealt with the ladies in accounting who took our payment. They were so kind and so friendly. The entire staff exudes a high quality of customer service, patience, diligence, and assistance. I will recommend Jennings Chevrolet to everyone! We are customers for life! More

Keeping up the great work! I own a 2003 Saturn Ion and prefer to use a GM dealership for service since the Saturn Ion is long a discontinued product. As a result, parts replacement and trained techs have become critical to maintaining my car. Jennings Chevrolet has provided superb service! It was a great day when I discovered this dealership! I recommend it totally and heartily!! Chris "Mac" McElroy continues to be the service consultant I contact and work with. He is a clear communicator, listener, highly skilled and intuitive. professional and kind For the problem my SUV was having Mac was the my contact person. He was wonderful.He was there all the time. He is so kind and friendly and was concerned about making sure everything was being taken care of. I did what he recommend and brought it in when he requested. He as well as the mechanics took care of my SUV and my SUV's problem, It is fixed what else could I ask for. Mac made sure everything was done to my SUV to be sure I was driving safe. Also the two girls in the Enterprise office were just lovely and so sweet to work with. Actually everyone I met was kind. What a wonderful and truly professional staff at Jennings. More
