Cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service at Jennings, but let me just share my very last experience: I came to simply requ Cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service at Jennings, but let me just share my very last experience: I came to simply request an appointment regarding some damage to my car and it was late in the evening when most of the staff had left / was leaving. I was immediately attended to by Mac in the Service dept, who was able to (somehow!) immediately get someone to correct the issue. Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Jennings: trust me, you want to give these guys your business - you will NOT be disappointed! More

Everyone in the departmenr is so cheerful and helpful. I work with Mac McElroy most of the time and he is the BEST!!! He so helpful and keeps me informed of the progress on my car. He helps me make an informed decision as to whether I can put off repairs or need them right away. Debbie Ress is my sales associate and she checks in with me regularly to insure the best possible experience. I am definitely going to buy my next car at Jennings. More

Mac took the vehicle in had it diagnosed, fixed, and washed for my return. He called me to provide updates and estimates with no surprises. Mac is the consummate professional and a fantastic ambassador for the Jennings organization. If you need service and want the 'best' go to Jennings and see Mac. Mac has always gone the extra mile to ensure our vehicle is truly taken care of and maintained in top shape. More

Best service in town I brought my car in for an oil change & to have the recalls updated. Chris found a few more issues going on. The best thing is that he reported diligently while the car was being tested & made suggestions. My family has been dealing with Chris and the service dept. at Jennings for years. They are truly top-notch from when you bring the car in & pick it up & also afterwards with follow-through. They best thing is that my car now runs like brand-new. Dealership and Service Advisor I bought my Tahoe in 2011 from Jennings in Glenview. Aside from their excellent customer service and expert car service, their service advisors, speci I bought my Tahoe in 2011 from Jennings in Glenview. Aside from their excellent customer service and expert car service, their service advisors, specifically Mac McElroy, go above and beyond the call. He truly cares about you and makes sure that you and your car are well taken care of. In particular, my car was recently making a strange grinding sound and though it was not consistent in the beginning, I stopped by without an appt to get it looked at. Mac went out of his way to drive my car and correctly diagnose the problem. Thankfully he did because it was a damaged hub bearing and it was nearly broken. His first class customer service is awesome and I will not bring my car anywhere else except Jennings under his supervision. More
