We actually drove 6 hours to buy a car from another dealership. After spending 6 hrs there they said they would not accept the bank check we had to pay for the vehicle we wanted. So, we left with our c dealership. After spending 6 hrs there they said they would not accept the bank check we had to pay for the vehicle we wanted. So, we left with our car and pretty much decided just to go home. I went ahead and looked online and found the exact same vehicle at Sullivan so I decided to inquire about it and see what happened. On a Sunday afternoon I received a phone call from Chris Lahey, a salesman from Sullivan. I was shocked to get a call on Sunday and thought it was great that someone responded so quickly. I explained to him what we had been through at the other dealer and asked if they would accept the blank check we had. He said he would get in touch with his finance manager and get back to me. We ended up going into Sullivan on Monday and drove away in our new Enclave. We are very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy we received from everyone at Sullivan. I recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I just purchased a Buick LaCrosse eAssist from Sullivan Buick. My salesman was Chris Lahey, who couldn't have been more helpful. I had to order to get exactly what I wanted--and I did! “I just purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Sullivan this month, April 2012. I had the opportunity to work with Chris Lahey, and it was one of the better buying experiences that I have had in a long time. Su month, April 2012. Sullivan was not my first stop while I was shopping for the Acadia but I am very glad it was my last. Chris was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Not only was he well schooled in the technical aspects of the vehicle, but he was well aware of all the current specials and incentives including the Costco auto purchase program that I had personally never heard of. When it came time to complete the purchase and some of the numbers did not initially come in as planned Chris and the entire Sullivan team including Dan Szwec, Lou Mostaccio, and Gerald in Finance, worked diligently to make the deal happen. During the process they were more than understanding and appreciative of the fact that this was a large purchase and we needed to feel comfortable and happy about the decision we were making. They even went as far as adjusting my interest rate (lowering my payment) on the finance charges the next day since we had made the purchase very late and not all the banks had responded to their request. This is not typical behavior for an auto dealer but certainly something that I will not forget. Chris treated me like a valuable client and not just a one time customer, and that is something that I really value. When you make the decision that it's time to purchase a new vehicle you start paying attention to the roads. There are so many makes and models out there today. Which one is the safest? Which one fits my budget? Which one is practical to my life? I had all these questions when I stopped by Sullivan the other day to look at different vehicles. Chris Lahey answered every single question when he let me test drive the Terrain. He assured me with his high knowledge of the Terrain's safety features. As Chris continued to show and demonstrate the different features the Terrain has I could definitely tell this car fits my personality. Then Chris worked hard to make sure the vehicle fit into my budget. I'm enjoying this vehicle more than any other vehicle I've owned and it's all thanks to Chris Lahey. I also know that if I need anything I can get in touch with several people over at Sullivan. Chris made sure I met and knew who to bring certain concerns or issues to.
