If I could give more than 5 stars I would - I've bought a few cars in my life and this was hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Chris and the Hall Honda team (GM Alex, Sales Manager Mr. Gat few cars in my life and this was hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Chris and the Hall Honda team (GM Alex, Sales Manager Mr. Gathers, and DeMario in Finance) exceeded my expectations and took an impossible situation and made it work for me. I got a better vehicle than I went in for and they worked hard to overcome the issues in my particular scenario. Everyone throughout the dealership was friendly and exuded top notch customer service, they were informative, they listened and were never pushy. I made my first inquiry via the website on a Sunday morning, had a response from Chris within a few hours and I drove home with the car the following evening! I will refer everyone I can to this dealership and I feel safe sending my son to them when he buys his next car in the near future.
