Unbelievable Experience Brought my 2014 Ford Explorer in for the Quick Lane Service; and I was aware there were other items I needed to deal with in the future. However in r Brought my 2014 Ford Explorer in for the Quick Lane Service; and I was aware there were other items I needed to deal with in the future. However in route to the dealership I realized that my inspection was due.so the future was now. Cyndi greeted me and wrote up the order. She kept me informed throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. When the car was finished I spoke with Chris who could not be more helpful as well. All and all the experience went better than I anticipated driving in with the work being completed in a timely manner and everyone that I was in contact with was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, helpful and most importantly made me feel like i was a VIP customer. Thank you! More

Brought my car in for inspection. The people with whom I spoke were polite and knowledgeable. Suggested that I have some procedures done in view of the fact that I have low mileage on The people with whom I spoke were polite and knowledgeable. Suggested that I have some procedures done in view of the fact that I have low mileage on my Ford Focus. Was pleased to have their input so I had the work done and felt confident with their suggestion. Always like to take my car to your dealership to have work done because I know it will be done right the first time. More
