I had a wonderful sales member C at Wilsonville Toyota! I decided to trade in my 4Runner which I loved from them as well, but was looking to upgrade. I had a wonderful sales member Chris, who dealt with me and my two young children! He got us in and out in a new vehicle in under a few hours! He was great and accommodating to me having my toddlers with me. We quickly found exactly what I was looking for and Chris even played with my kiddos and kept them occupied while finishing up our paperwork. I always have great experiences with everyone here and will always continue to use them for any vehicle and service I have. Chris put us at ease immediately, explained their No Bull (no haggling or negotiation) policy, and never offered to show us a car outside of our price range. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and I trusted his insights. They let us take the selected car to our mechanic for a check out, and when that revealed that the tires were due for replacement they split the cost of new tires with us. The entire process was easy and comfortable. Well above our expectations of dealing directly with a dealership. More
