Jerell Difulvio was the first contact that I had from the dealership after identifying a vehicle I was interested in from the web. He definitely wanted my business. We agreed to a time to view the Jeep the I was interested in. When I arrived at the time we agreed , he had the vehicle ready for m inspection as he said he would, and had Dave Egeland , one of the tech responsible for the build of the vehicle, to walk me through all of the details and particulars the made this jeep special. Dave knew this Jeep inside out, and was able to answer any question that I had. This kind of attention to detail was a new experince to me from a dealership based on a phone call just one hour earlier. That passion and true understanding of the Jeep that I wanted to buy gave me th complete confidence about th dealer and the car I wa considering buying that made the decision to purchase form them very easy. Mike Ballos helped bring the deal together and made it happen. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected, and when I went to pick it up , Chris Gourley took th time to completely walk me through and understand the vehicle that I was purchasing. Since this was a professionally modified vehicle that they had built, Chris took the extra time to make sure that I understood all of the nuances of the build, and personally walked me through the vehicle orientation. I left knowing that I made the right decision to buy from Colonial Dodge. More

Purchasing my vehicle at Colonial Dodge in Hudson was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I just purchased my second vehicle in 2 months from this dealer and I am very pleased once again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all went to great lengths to make this deal happen from sales t dealer and I am very pleased once again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They got me into the vehicle that was right for me and took their time explaining all the differences between the different models and options that were available in the new jeep grand Cherokee. Chris Gourley himself, the general manager of the store spend lots of time going over all options and differences in the vehicle. Not something you see every day at other dealers. Chris Farias came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly and w knew how to use all options in the new vehicle. Jay Bhatty and Mike Ballos also worked together very hard on getting the best financing options and price together to make this numbers work for me. I am very grateful for all these guys and their commitment to customer service. I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle and I plan on returning in the future for my next purchase. Thanks again for all your help! More

Chris,the salesman, was very patient, not pushy which I My husband and I went to trade my Jeep and a Ford truck to purchase another Jeep or a Dodge. Chris,the salesman, was very patient, not pushy which I hate, letting me drive a variety of cars. I finally settled on the Jeep Liberty Jet that Chris suggested I try. After doing the dealing aspect of it I was too tired to do the financing, soI told him I'd be back Mon. On Mon. I needed to start a new medication for an infection I had, so took it at the dealership with water Chris supplied me. After about 10 minutes I started to have an allergic reaction to the med and became very sick, having a hard time talking and breathing. They let my husband use the Jeep to take me to the Doctor's office just downtown and they rushed me to the hospital after giving me a drug to help me. I was there for 4 hours, released and we went back to the dealership. Everyone was very kind to me and was quite concerned about my issue. After going through a few scenarios with the Jay about warranties as he was trying to help me get down to a monthly payment of around $150.He got me to $154. Chris then showed us how to use the car and did a great job doing it. Unfortuneately at that time I was a little under the influence of the drug and the next morning needed to go back to Chris,the manager, to ask him to explain the 2 forms, the contract and Citizen's Bank form as I was confused about some figures. He very carefully took me through the forms until I understood them. He also printed out a gift form I needed to bring to the registry for the Ford and filled it out for me as well as another form I needed for the title to the Ford. All in all, despite my medical problem, I had a very good experience at the dealership and will recommend it to my friends. I didn't understand that they were doing the registraion for me, but that doesn't mean they didn't tell me.I was a tad out of it. More

The sales team searched hard for the exact cars we wanted and even drove to Pa. to get a car for us. They never tried to push us into something convienent for them. We have bought four cars from Colonial three for my children one for my wife all have been super experiences. The people at Colonial are excellent , we worked with Dave Jr. in sales and Jay did our closing which was the best closing process in the industry, not the usual pressure to buy crazy undercoatings or warranties that made no sense. The owner and and general manager are fantastic as well and took the time to meet us in person.( a first for us) Colonial has a high personal contact philosophy which is so refreshing. They really care if we are happy as customers. Colonial jeep is the best dealership experience we have ever had. The Service has been as good as the sales expereince. We highly recommend Colonial Jeep. More
