Have been with this dealership for nine years, always the same top notch service . On my second Hyundai, and they keep it running in excellent condition. We had such a great experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai last week. The showroom, waiting rooms, bathrooms were all immaculate. Everyone we interacted with had a smile on their face and acted happy to be th last week. The showroom, waiting rooms, bathrooms were all immaculate. Service personnel were great to work with. Super friendly. Only complaint is that it took an hour and a half for a basic tire rotation, and software update. As I was sitting in the waiting room I observed just how many vehicles are brought in to be serviced daily here. It's a lot. I think just about anybody would struggle to keep up with that many vehicles coming in and out. I'll keep coming back though because I love the products and services that Hyundai offers. More

Well I have had nothing but problems with this service center. This is the fourth problem: Hyundai Service had my car for over a month for a new engine. I did not have any communication with them un center. This is the fourth problem: Hyundai Service had my car for over a month for a new engine. I did not have any communication with them until it was done about a month and two weeks later. I picked up my car Friday morning and after I got home I realized that my antenna cover was missing. That is not the worst of it. I called and talked with a supervisor and I was told they got a new car wash and this is not the first time this has happened. Well I think if Hyundai knew this was a problem they should be checking the cars..... So now I have to go back into service dept after they get the part to have this fixed.... This is getting ridiculous. This is the fourth problem I have had with them More
