Very helpful and friendly reps that made the buying process very quick! I mostly worked with Wilson Dowridge who helped me through the entire process quickly, both over the internet and in person. He was quick to respond to my emails and calls and kept me up to date constantly on any new info, the entire process was made easy with his help. Rehan Rauf also helped me out when getting my car ready, both were knowledgeable, willing to help with any issue, and quick to answer every question I had. I also worked with Joe D'Alfonso who was very patient and informative when we were working on the leasing process. It was supposed to be fun - it wasn't I am 52. I wanted a new car. It was going to be my first new car. I had driven many cars and so was ready to purchase. I went to order a BMW X3 pl I am 52. I wanted a new car. It was going to be my first new car. I had driven many cars and so was ready to purchase. I went to order a BMW X3 plug in hybrid., The dealer kept getting the build wrong and then they ordered a car in my name that was incorrect. The let me know they did this via e-mail. I called them for four days and they never called me back. I was panicked, I called a lawyer as asked about my rights,. They finally called back and said they made a mistake. Then they said a sales person was going to call me to work with me to get the build right. They again did not call me for four days. Not good service. Lastly, the car prices kept going up for no reason. I would not suggest this deanship, More
