We had a recall on 2020 Toyota Highlander. we called and made appointment. No one said it would take three hours. We were told to bring cat in and fix it. We were there at 7 A told for first we called and made appointment. No one said it would take three hours. We were told to bring cat in and fix it. We were there at 7 A told for first time it would take three hours. If we had known this we would have made arrangements for someone to pick us up and bring us back. Told they would have to free someone up to work on it. After two hours waiting told car was ready to pick up. We were told they did not have part to finish it and had to order it. Two hours waiting and nothing done. Now we have to come back.next week. I myself believe if I was paying for it it would have been fixed and completed right away. Since they knew we were coming in for a recall and knew the make and model of car they should have made sure they had the part before we came in. Hopefully when the part comes in and they will have someone available to work on it when the next appointment is set up More

The work on my car was done. However, in my almost 30 years of owning a car, my car wasn’t ran through the wash. The writing about my mileage and some sort of signature are STILL However, in my almost 30 years of owning a car, my car wasn’t ran through the wash. The writing about my mileage and some sort of signature are STILL on my windshield. This is not acceptable especially after paying almost $350 and waiting 6 hours to get my car. More
