Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

I'm currently on my 6th BMW in the past 15 years, and have tried Plaza, West County , and others. Hands down my best overall customer experience has been with Autohaus. I purchased my car from Autohaus 7 years ago and take it there exclusively for service. The service team is incredibly friendly and helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need to, Chris is always so nice and helpful and always keeps me informed of what work I need to have done with my car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service. I highly recommend the friendly and knowledgable service department at Autohaus. Call and ask for Chris, he's the best! More

I purchased my 3 series BMW in 2005. It is well beyond its 5 year warranty and needs some maintenance here and there. When it is time for service, I always set my appointments with Chris Clem. Great personal service. They have been direct about what service they believe needs to be performed and why. Their service reps are knowledgeable and even have BMW driver's school training.They offer outsta service they believe needs to be performed and why. Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go.
