All of the staff members I dealt with were extremely helpful. While I began the purchase process with Chris, other staff took over when I could not see Chris and seamlessly filled in. I was headed to Toyota to buy a car after weeks of looking. I stopped in to take a quick look at the Subaru's. I was introduced to Chris Carey and he spent hours talking and showing me the cars. I loved the Outback and he made sure I knew everything about that car. He was so nice, knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything about that car before I drove away with it. Our son is active duty miliarty (USMC) and will soon be stationed nearly 3,000 miles from Connecticut. Our daughter-in-law is still here in Connecticut. It was time for her to buy a new car in order to ge stationed nearly 3,000 miles from Connecticut. Our daughter-in-law is still here in Connecticut. It was time for her to buy a new car in order to get ready for the big move. Our son and daughter-in-law like Subaru but never purchased one before and never purchased a brand new car. With our son being so far away they asked for our help in the process. We also never purchased Subaru and therefore did not know much about them. We did on-line research and ended up at Quality Subaru. Chris greeted us upon our arrival and from there the process was simple. He took time to understand our son and daughter-in-law's needs. He answered all of our questions and as the concerned parents there were many! In the end we all felt great. A nice car, fair price, straight forward service, and it also helped that the owner was on-site. The owner (also a Marine) was clearly interested in our family. Truth is we never felt this good about a car purchase. There is not doubt we will be calling Chris again. Thanks Quality Subaru and especially Chris! More

The experience of purchasing a car from Quality Subaru was very easy, the salesman listened to our requirements and worked to find a car and deal for us that took care of our needs. At no time did we feel was very easy, the salesman listened to our requirements and worked to find a car and deal for us that took care of our needs. At no time did we feel presured to purchase anything that we did not feel was appropriate. In addition Chris was helpful friendly and explained the features of our new car with a great deal of patience. We drove off the lot feeling that we had a great car and that we have a dealer that we can rely on in the future. We will be using this dealership for all of or car needs going forward and would not hesitate recommending the dealership to our friends and family. We would especially mention Chris as we felt his approach and attention to detail went above and beyond what we would have expected. More
