Un-needed work Took in my Elantra for transmission flush after 115,000 miles in April of this year. While waiting on site for the work to be completed, was contacted by my service manager Chris Calden who told me that my licenses plate light was burned out and to replace it would cost $18.00 and they would be glad to do it right now. Could not figure how putting in a new light bulb could cost that much so I declined having them to do the work. Just figured I would do it when I get home. When the car was pulled around to be picked up when finished, I turned on the lights and as I anticipated the licenses plate light was working just fine. I checked it again when I got home and several times since then and that light is working just great. It is to bad that this service manager felt that they would be able to screw me out of another $18.00 when I was already spending about $250.00. So now I will not be using this dealership any longer nor will I ever recommend them and that to me is a real shame as I bought the car here and have had them do the majority of my major service. More

Great staff, friendly. Salesman Dave Wilson and his partners were wonderful to deal with. Stress free environment. No pressure and great prices with awesome selection. My salesman was so cool and helpful. Same with the service department. I got an acid wash and first oil change complimentary and everyone is really nice. More

Awesome experience! Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Robert Peace and Chris Calden were amazing, not only in the professionalism they showed me but also dealing with the tire warranty people. Although it took a little while, they were able to resolve the issues saving me having to wait 2 days for an "adjuster" to come out and inspect my tire to be sure it really needed to be replaced. Thanks guys, you made a difficult situation into probably one of the best service experiences I've had. More

Talked to Chris on the phone, told him what car I was coming t This was my first brand new car buying experience and it couldn't have gone any better. Talked to Chris on the phone, told him what car I was coming to see/get and it was all ready for me parked in front of the dealership when I got there. Diego was incredible. He was super nice, very knowledgeable and made our car buying experience painless. And Audrey was amazing. She was very straight forward, didn't pressure us on getting extra things we didn't want and was very nice. We were in n out in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend Roseville Hyundai to everyone. You guys are truly the best. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. More
