Unbelievable Horrible Service! This has been the worse experience I have done with any dealership! THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! I take back my original review I had a different thought This has been the worse experience I have done with any dealership! THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! I take back my original review I had a different thought of them before they LIED and got me a car that they gave me hopes for. I came in thinking that everything was done, yeah right these people LIED in the contract and said that I made more money annually just so they can get the sale. After I had told them what I made monthly!! I CANT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE! They called to tell me to return the car ASAP because I don't make the 11,000 a month they said I made monthly! The only solution they provided was that I had to go all the way to Ontario and return their car and that people will get fired for this! Now they want to give me my old car back and they say " Oh it wont effect your credit" So I communicated with the people that help me and the only thing that they said to me was that they have the right to rescind the lease so take it back before the end of day today! They did not want to deal with me and said to call the managers since its my fault I LIED for this car. I had made arrangements to ensure these payments went smoothly and now today comes and the other cars payment is due and I have to pay it! DO NOT Believe these people Specially ROSE! she only wants the sale!! Worse Worse Worse experience ever! At least when I went to Mercedes Benz they were honest with me! More

After communicating via email with Chris, I went into the dealership late on Friday night to purchase the car. The car was ready to go and we agreed upon a price in a matter of minutes. Even though the dealership was closed for the night, Leo stayed late and made sure we understood the features of the car before we drove off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More

My commute was longer then I was actually at the dealership. From what started by a phone call, I was out the door and driving down to Ontario excited about what I was quoted over the phone. I walked into the dealership and Christopher Blair shook my hand and went to work. I was at the dealership for 60 minutes, then driving away in my new Audi A4 beauty! The entire experience was one I've never had and will go back there for my next vehicle without a doubt. Christopher Blair performed like a machine! Nicest guy, and was always in control. Best salesman I've experienced in all my car buying memories. Great job Christopher! You'll definitely see me again! More
