A sales guy came up to us and found a car within our budget and found some benefit so that we can get some discount. I have never had such a smooth and enjoyable car purchase in my life. Chris listened to what I wanted, located it in San Jose and got me a very good price for my new A3 and my A4 trade. I was very pleased with the dealership in Ontario. When first calling the dealer I spoke with Chris Blair. He was Friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. I made an appointment to meet with him but I When first calling the dealer I spoke with Chris Blair. He was Friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. I made an appointment to meet with him but I was two hours late. He waited for me (this was also his day off) and completely informed me of the car zip was interested in buying. This young man is an asset to your company. He walked me through every process with professional knowledge. He explained each process so I could understand. He also did all the finance paperwork.
