BMW of Bridgewater makes servicing my 5 series a pleasure. Lori Trimarco is courteous and responsive. My Service Advisor, Andrew Kleczyns, is exceptional! He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and trust-worthy. It's very comforting to know that the service and parts departments are as impressive as the Sales Department (Alexandre Hoebeke is my fantastic Client Advisor). I just wanted to put a review out that I’ve gotten multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car fr multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car from anywhere else, but once you buy the car then it goes to the parts and service department which is where you need to be treated right, I’ve dealt with Jeff the manager there who has gone above and beyond and treating my car better than his own or better than I even treat my own cars to get the job done right, I can’t say enough about how I’ve been treated how my car has been treated how they’ve always made it right I’ve never had an issue and the whole department which is ran by Jeff the manager is all the same, they are the greatest people to work with as far as getting your car fixed and being treated number one, this business and service department puts the customer first even before money,Like I said after the sale is the service that counts and I give them a 100 out of 100, and I’m a very picky person, Jeff and his crew have satisfied me more than I’ve ever expected, if anybody has any questions they can write me on this website and I will answer anything you have to say or questions you have, I highly recommend buying a car here and if you didn’t buy it here ,have it serviced at Bmw Bridgewater just ask for the service department or the manager of the service department and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about, More

I have never completed a review about a dealer, but based on my latest experience with Manjula and even more with Zarina, I felt it necessary to review before I possibly forget. Manjula has earned my bus on my latest experience with Manjula and even more with Zarina, I felt it necessary to review before I possibly forget. Manjula has earned my business forever - Friendly, patient and has great knowledge of the process and product - Cannot wait to work with her again. The game changer that I experienced at Bridgewater BMW versus any other dealership (I went to Porsche, Audi and three other BMW dealerships in NJ) - is the BMW Genius, Zarina! Her knowledge of the cars inner workings is absolutely brilliant - She was with me every step of the way - From the test drive , where Zarina has this awesome test drive route which others do not use - it really lets you learn the car and get a great feel for the power and handling - to the new car setup/orientation , where she walks you through all the various nuances of my new BMW. The car buying process can be cumbersome and long, but Zarina kept in constant communication with me , as she saw me wandering the dealership and kept providing me more insight into my new car and other BMW's - that I will hopefully buy in the future. I do want to shout out the Parts department - Where I think it was Chris who really helps out and goes above and beyond ! BMW of Bridgewater is one dealership that lives up to the BMW brand - and even though there are two BMW dealerships closer to me, I will drive down to Bridgewater to work with the team there! Thank you so much Zarina and Manjula!! More

I had a great experience with all the people I worked with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" (warranty packages, etc.). I felt some condescension also and it made me feel like there was some attempt at deception. I had to assert myself and ask for clarification and a less-pressured approach, before arriving ultimately at resolution. Also, on delivery, the pressure in my front tires was 10 lbs greater than what was specified. A little bit of a thorn in what was otherwise a rose of a sales experience. More

Even though the service calendar was already full, BMW of Bridgewater were able to accommodate me with a service appointment as well as a loaner vehicle on short notice, rescuing my weekend plans. Their service department kept me informed regarding the repairs every step of the way and were courteous and professional as always. I often recommend them to other BMW owners, as their service is always outstanding! More
