Don’t stand behind their product. Bought new Rogue end of June 2019. Constant phone & navigation problems. All dealership service dept did was update software. Their go to excuse for navigation is, just download app & use phone for all your navigation. This dealership doesn’t address problems they lie. This veh has constant intermittent problems that software update doesn’t correct so they won’t address. We’ve been told by their own service people that we won’t get anywhere with this dealership. Boy that’s says a lot. We’ve spoke with a few other dealerships and they’ve said they’ve heard bad reviews about this dealership also. Oh how I wish we’d been warned before our purchase. We’ve owned this veh 3 months and it’s been in service 1 month. So they have had the veh one third of the time. This veh has upgrades I paid for that don’t work. Very Bad Service I took my car in multiple times for the same problems and its still not fix. The internal lights keep going off and back on and the car stalls. Ever I took my car in multiple times for the same problems and its still not fix. The internal lights keep going off and back on and the car stalls. Every time I go into the dealership i am giving the run around. I bought this car May of 2018, I shouldn't have this many problems. I was sold a lemon. The last visit the warning sign inside the car was "Chassis Control System Error - see owners manual" I was told by the service manager that they were going to get a mechanic from the main office to come down to Ocala to check my car for me. They are going to call me when they get here. I am still waiting for a call its been over a week and I am still having the same problems. Can some one please help me with this problem. I am afraid the warranty is going to run out and I will be left to deal with a lemon. I have bought multiple new cars over my lifetime and never had this types of problems. I need this car fixed or replace. More

Good friendly representatives and service. Evaluated a number of cars at various dealerships and found that Pearsons Nissan gave me the best value for the type of car I was looking for. Felix, Dave, Chloe and others were very helpfully with the whole process of testing and purchasing my SUV. The pricing and service was better than the other Dealerships I visited.
