A really thorough job The 2012 Corolla that I bought at Hartford Toyota (overall a good sales experience) developed a couple of annoying interior noises. I was put in conta The 2012 Corolla that I bought at Hartford Toyota (overall a good sales experience) developed a couple of annoying interior noises. I was put in contact with Service Manager Chip Benyi, who arranged for a Toyota Service Representative to look at the car. Chip had a service technician named Bob (I don't know his last name) take a ride with me to be sure the noises in question were properly identified. Bob, Chip, and the Toyota Service Representative were exceptionally thorough in tracking down noises (even a couple that I hadn't pointed out) and doing the work needed to silence them. Chip even called me to ask to keep the car an extra day so that he could be sure the noises didn't recur. I have owned Toyotas since 1972 and had previously used three other service departments in the area. Though I was usually pleased with the work done in the past, no service department (and service manager) has ever done such a thorough job on my car. The work exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend the service department at Hartford Toyota. More

Excellent in every way! Hartford Toyota! I have been a 10 year + service customer on Chip Benyi who helped me get 260k plus from my last camry. Hartford Toyota takes Customer Satisfaction Very Seriously This was my first experience with this dealer. Everyone was courteous. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and Carl took care of me right away. From there howev This was my first experience with this dealer. Everyone was courteous. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and Carl took care of me right away. From there however my experience did not go so well that day. I was supposed to have been on the 7:30 a.m. shuttle, but a series of mishaps prevented me from being on that shuttle and I missed the 8:30 a.m. shuttle as well. I ended up waiting until 10:30 for my car to be ready. Grant is a newly employed shuttle driver. He was very nice and I can see he will do well in customer service, but my situation that day provided Grant with what likely was a good learning experience. The shuttle fiasco could have been avoided had there been better communication. I was also given inaccurate assessments for how long it would take for my car to be ready. That likely was not Grant’s fault as he was likely just the messenger. I returned my survey explaining how dissatisfied I was with how my situation was handled. Chip responded promptly with a letter of apology. He explained what happened and he assured me that this is not the type of experience they want for their customers. Chip took quick action to correct the issues causing my dissatisfaction. Chip also made things right with me. I appreciate the effort that was made to make me happy and I realize that they take customer satisfaction very seriously. For this reason I will continue doing business with Hartford Toyota. I can't rate the quality of work because I was only there for simple maintenance (30K). The price is what I expected. Although I had a bad day, my overall experience was excellent and my confidence in Hartford Toyota has been restored. Thank you Chip. More

We are a one income family right now and Gabriel really understood our needs and made sure they were met. We drive over an hour to have both our toyotas service by hartford toyota because of Chip Benyi and the wonderful service staff. We will come back in the future for our next vehical purchase and deal with Gabriel Ortiz because of his outstanding kindness and professional attitude He made our buying experience painless and a happy one.
