I had the best experience with Northlake Kia. My first interaction was with Cheryl (who is the sweetest). She paired me with Matt who is patient and kind. Nothing positive to say. 20 days for a hybrid repair that is still not quite right. 3 separate in service trips. Quote $3700. Bill $4300. Quote $250 for valve cover gasket.
