When a warranty issues arises, they schedule a appointment day and time ,handle the issue and maintain their promised schedule. A great experience every time I brought in my 2013 Sonata for its scheduled maintenance. I actually drive in from Jacksonville to Hyundai of Saint Augustine because I enjoy the sta I brought in my 2013 Sonata for its scheduled maintenance. I actually drive in from Jacksonville to Hyundai of Saint Augustine because I enjoy the staff, especially Cheryl Buck, who is always kind and cordial and remembers me for every visit. I appreciate that the waiting area is comfortable and and is always stocked with hot chocolate (my favorite!), coffee, soda, and water. I had a morning appointment and there were also donuts and cookies available. The length of the appointment was very reasonable and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. More

"great car, great price, really great people" I purchased my first Elantra from St. Augustine Hyundai 2 years ago, and I loved the performance, fuel savings and style. I was not 100% satisfied wit I purchased my first Elantra from St. Augustine Hyundai 2 years ago, and I loved the performance, fuel savings and style. I was not 100% satisfied with the decision I made, but after 2 years, my salesman, Leon Levit took the challenge and did not stop until I had the car I wanted. Once again, their finance manager, Jack worked with me to not only get the car I wanted, but at a better rate than my first time. This has been an amazing credit re-building experience as well as being able to drive a great vehicle. Aside from my deal, the service department at St. Augustine Hyunai are rock stars! Cheryl and Deb always find a way to make my appointments around my busy schedule and I am in and out. Love you girls!
