Every time I come to Simi Valley Toyota, it is ALWAYS a pleasant and smooth experience. From Chery when i called that i think ima buy a car. Even helped me set up car play which i do not have on my previous car. Steven, i really liked that red bow on my car. Happy experience. Paul the finance guy was very organized and explained to me every detail before signing all those lines. He answered questions I have and let me know about the loyalty discounts that i was getting. And that made me feel good about buying this car. And Mr. Joe the owner, I appreciate how very friendly he was. He mentioned before that his vision was to have a family vibe in Simi Valley Toyota.
