Quality Service..If you can actually get an appointment The week day service hours are atrocious. For any normal working person, taking last appointments of the day for an oil change at 4:45 is unreasonable The week day service hours are atrocious. For any normal working person, taking last appointments of the day for an oil change at 4:45 is unreasonable. I tried for almost 6 weeks to get an appointment. On Saturdays, the appointments were either completely booked or smack dab in the middle of the day. Several times when I would call for an appointment I would be transferred to the service center voicemail and I wasn't even able to inquire about an appointment.So I would call back. One time I had to call back 4 times before the lady on the phone got the picture that nobody at the service center was answering. I would not consider this person very good at their job. Overall, the hassle of just trying to get one simple oil change appointment was pretty frustrating. I actually would not have bought my car here if I knew how awful this process would be. My advice for management is to consider a refresh of your business hours and to train the people who answer the phone to be more competent. Once I finally got an appointment the service was very good. I appreciate the car wash and fluid top off. More
