In addition, Charlie Karkaetedes, the new car Sales Manager, with whom I've had had the pleasure to work with before, went above and beyond to facilitate my purchase. I could not have asked for a better service. Charlie is the reason that I came back to Sudbury BMW for our fourth BMW. And last, but not least, Joshua Kem was great to work with. He was extremely patient and helpful in taking my though the finance options and optional coverages. He made it as painless as possible and was also a pleasure to work with.
