Texting is normally not a fast process with a dealership, but Chelsie was always instantaneous to respond, provided amazing customer service, and was eager to get me what I needed. She was a major factor in passing at least 3 other Toyota dealerships to get to them. Marcus: Once on the lot, Marcus was fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted for color and interior, and he was patient through the entire process. Once we picked out the car that we wanted, he was sure to inform us of the process and waited (after hours) until the paperwork was complete. Business Manager (sorry don't remember his name): He was quick, but was sure to explain what we did and didn't need. Usually when in a finance office, they try to up-sell you everything. Not this guy! Overall: I would urge anyone to drive past their local Toyota dealership and visit Wellesley Toyota! More

Both Chelsie Alvarez, who first handled our queries, and John Imparato, to whom she turned over the arrangements at an early stage, were outstanding. Quickly responsive, always pleasant and accommodating, able to answer all my questions. We have a long relationship with Wellesley Toyota, though most of the people we originally worked with there have moved on. The current generation of employees are meeting the high standard of their predecessors, and we are very satisfied customers. More

Everything about my experience at Wellesley Toyota was a breeze. From my first email to Chelsea inquiring on a highlander to meeting Marcus the sales consultant and then ending my experience with Matthew th breeze. From my first email to Chelsea inquiring on a highlander to meeting Marcus the sales consultant and then ending my experience with Matthew the finance manager, all of these employees were willing to help and work with me, so that I was a satisfied customer. They had a big selection of used highlanders for me to look at, but the one I had my heart set on had a minor scratch on the front bumper. Marcus could see that I really wanted that specific SUV, and after speaking with his manager, made a deal with me to get it replaced. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to make this sale, and I would do it all over again if I was to buy another car in the future. I am in love with my SUV and can't thank this group of people enough for making this process so easy! More
