Service Repair I brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a service repair and was greeted by Richard Payter the service advisor and he went over and above the call of I brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a service repair and was greeted by Richard Payter the service advisor and he went over and above the call of duty to see that my vehicle was in tip top shape and went through the up coming service recommendations for my vehicle and what the cost of the services would be and offered to have those services done well my truck was there but being the 19th of Dec and Xmas it was not feasible at the time.He took me and had me set up for a shuttle ride to work .When my vehicle was done he called me and let me know it was ready.He is a outstanding Service Advisor that deserves the credit on a job well done .Keep up the good work . More
