I had selected my Audi online after comparing similar products in the industry. However, Audi did not reach the challenge of our global or local situation with any product or professional incentives. Audi definitely missed the mark on being a conscientious enterprise in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. My transaction was a per-functional transaction that was handled quickly. Ultimately, the product sold itself but the experience did leave me wanting more from customer service in such a high end dealership. More

20 Year relationship with Mohegan Lake Motors I first came to Moheagan Lake Motors about twenty years ago leasing Jettas and Passats. As i got older (and a little more money) I started to buy and lease Audis. I have owned the following models of Audis, A4s, A5, A6, Q5 and Q7. My wife and I love the style and qulity of the automobiles. We have found Mohegan Audi to match the quality of the cars. Their service and friendly attitude makes it a pleasure whenever we bring our cars for service. My wife is the type of person that has many questions when purchasing or servicing a vehicle and the Mohegan staff has shown great patience and courtsey to her every time. We were lucky to start working with one salesman, Alfonso Ruggiero .about ten years ago. Every time we purchase a new car we always deal with Alfonso. We go so far as waiting a day or so if Alfonso is off or out inorder to make sure we work with him. After working with him through the years we got to know all about this family and have watched them grow from the pictures on his desk. You see some many comercials claiming that the dealership having "no haggling" deals. At Mohegan they make it a pleasure to purchase a car. I am someone who really enjoy my cars and i want to have a good time while purchase the next car of my dreams. We were stuck dealing with a few other dealers online, and the negotiating process was gettin Mohegan Lake Audi made the leasing experience very easy. We were stuck dealing with a few other dealers online, and the negotiating process was getting tiresome. Chelsea MAtos gave us a quick quote online for what we were looking for. We went to the dealer, met with Anthony Augusta, and the same day we were signing papers and putting a deposit. No going back and forth negotiating. They offered us a great deal, and they found the Q5 we were looking for. Anthony was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without rushing us or pressuring us. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Mohegan Lake Audi! More
