I recently purchased an MDX from Jackson Acura, and I have to say, the experience was excellent, all thanks to CM. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, CM made the entire buying process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out the most was his non-pushy approach; he genuinely seemed focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. Even after the purchase was complete, CM went above and beyond by sitting with me in the car to walk me through all the tech features, ensuring that I felt confident using them. He even provided me with his card, reassuring me that I could reach out to him anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Overall, CM's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customer satisfaction have left a lasting impression on me. Mr.Maina was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different car models and features, and he was able to answer all my questions with ease. Excellent service, knowledgeable salesperson. I walked in to look for a low mileage used car. The salesperson ( Chege Maina ) showed me several very nice cars.
