First time lease customer- Fast and friendly service; easy going experience. I've attempted working with a dealership once before and it wasn't great. But everyone at John Bowman was awesome. Everyone I met was extremely nice including the sales manager, finance manager, and of course my sales person. Chaz found the best deals and discounts possible for me, I was able to trade in my vehicle, and get the vehicle with the options that I wanted. Even getting financed wasn't as horrible as I remembered, I was approved within minutes! When I came to sign and pick up, everything was ready to go and they even showed me how to set up my phone and other settings. I am already in love with my Malibu and will be back to see them in the future! More

Great Chevy dealership I initially dealt with Joe who is the internet manager. He answered my questions in a timely manner. He also led me to my test drives at the dealers I initially dealt with Joe who is the internet manager. He answered my questions in a timely manner. He also led me to my test drives at the dealership. Later on, I was handed off to Chaz who did a wonderful job finishing off the transaction. Chaz enthusiastically and patiently dealt with my various questions and issues. Overall a great dealership experience. More
