Growing up, I've always had a passion for cars. When I graduated from Oswego High School in 2011, I had the opportunity to work for a local Chevy dealer. I loved it! Meeting awesome people every day, having conversations, and just enjoying some social company while putting the paperwork together. I just had my first baby, her name is Tinsley. She is so BEAUTIFUL! Truth in Advertising We saw their add on the internet, so it had to be true, touting a 2019 Regal Tour X at over 10K under the suggested MSRP. The vehicle had all the toy We saw their add on the internet, so it had to be true, touting a 2019 Regal Tour X at over 10K under the suggested MSRP. The vehicle had all the toys and the price was hard to believe. We took a ride to Gjovik in Sandwich, a 45 minute drive, expecting the line: "Oh, we just sold that car yesterday." NOT THE CASE! Chauncey Nichols went out of his way to do anything we asked of him. Took us on several test rides in the Regal and also another Buick vehicle. He is a very personable young man and was very accommodating and professional in the entire time of the sale. Joey Passarella was equally a pleasure to deal with. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Gjovik and GM. More

First impressions are everything and Gjovik nailed it! I made my appointment from the dashboard of my Suburban which was cool. Showed up and pulled into an extremely clean service bay. I was greeted by two people one was putting protective covers on my seat, steering wheels, and floor while the other started me in the computer. I have been to several dealers who ignore you until they are forced to help you because nobody else will. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was very nice. I bought me car here but told myself I would likely not drive the 35 minutes to have my vehicle serviced once it is out of warranty. This visit may have changed my mind. More
