You just cannot beat their people to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I received the first 2023 Subaru Outback received by the dealership. What a process, smooth as could be. Xailynn and everyone else at the dealership were wonderful to work with. I drove from out of state for my vehicle and when I arrived they had everything ready for me. Kendal was very friendly and helpful. She provided all the information I needed/wanted on the Legacy that I was interested in to try and make my decision. She also sent me additional info on the vehicle that she thought would help but she wasn’t pushy on trying to get me to the dealership. She allowed me time to think it over without making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire team made me feel as they all wanted to help and the purchase was smooth and fast. I ended up coming in on an unplanned day and Markeyce was able to help me as I showed up on Kendal off day. He made sure the manager knew I had been working with Kendal but ensured me they would get me taken care of and in the vehicle I wanted. The buying process was smooth as they didn’t waste my time low balling me on my trade and gave me fair numbers up front and we were able to move forward and purchase the vehicle. Was thoroughly impressed with how quickly a deal was made. The sales person didn't make 20 trips back and forth. They ran out credit, told us the amount of what the bank would finance. Came back with the down payment and left after signing papers. The entire time spent was less than two hours between both nights. That is unheard of in used car sales More
