It was on a Saturday at 1:00 PM, which is the peak time for them, but pay someone $15/hr to ALWAYS man the desk so all customers feel appreciated. All other aspects went well. After some quality haggling, we were offered what I believe to be the best cash price around for the vehicle with no pressure to make a decision immediately, even though it was near the end of month/end of quarter.
