My experience with Deluxe Auto Sales was outstanding! ! My salesman Charlie was outstanding! I’ve never bought a car on line from another state before so I was a little skeptical. BEWARE of BAIT AND SWITCH , hidden and scam fees. Prices online are not the actual prices. There is a Gold Certification fee, which is 2k on top of online listed price and mandatory on all cars. The fee is NOT mentioned on their site in the fine print, only the doc and DMV fee is mentioned. This might breach bait and switch laws. The Gold Certification is their standard maintenance on vechiles that is done at Kia Linden. This does not garentee quality of the vechile. They will also try and say that it is a warrenty for the car. They will not fix anything that is wrong with the car based on this fee unless you purchase an additional warrenty. This is not a legally required fee, they are just passing cost to the customer and padding their margin. I purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 in May, I was provided a second rate car fax *different brand* that stated the condition of the vehicle was above average. It was night and I couldn't see anything obviously wrong with the car until I took it to my mechanic for a review the next day. The car had a ton and scratches and etches in the paint that were not mentioned. The speaker in the front passenger door was busted as well and was staticy. The car only had one key and this was only brought up when I was in the finance office. I brought this up to my sales reps the next day and was not provided a solution. I just told that the car was sitting on the lot for a while, which begs the question, why am I paying for a gold certification then? Right after purchase I spent 500 on maintenance, oil, filters, brakes, and pads. I also spent 800 on a new key. I went in based on the online price and did not notice the additional fees until I was signing the finance docs. They will try to slip as many up charges as possible at this place. If you finance through them, be aware they are adding points to the loan. It's best to pay cash or bring your own financing, if you have to deal with this place. Once you add the GC fee the prices aren't so great here. Please pay attention to everything during the entire process. If you are trying to register in a different state, their back office isn't great at handling complex requests. I wanted my car registered in Delaware, they ended up registering it in NJ. Claimed it was illegal to do so in DE. I have purchased other cars in NJ without issue recently and registered them to my Delaware LLc without issue. They even added a wheel and tire warranty I didn't ask for that I had to get refunded. *Still pending* Other fees are the doc fee 798 and DMV fee of 250. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! More

Charlie sold me a vehicle that was damaged. The owner, Danny Sanchez and Charlie Saleh, told me to have it repaired in my area, 100 miles from this dealership, and they would pay for it. When I found out it was more than a few hundred dollars, I informed them. The GM, Brad Marks, said he would send a flatbed with a loaner vehicle and they would repair it. GM mysteriously leaves company. Now they refuse to honor their promise. I will adjust this review if they stay true to their promises. More
