I was apprehensive having to deal with a Long Island dealer after my experiences with the many cars that I have purchased or leased over the years. These people treat you as if they want you to be a repeat customer unlike the other dealerships that are only interested in how much they can rip you off! They got us in and out with our new CRV in record time. I wish all the dealers were this pleasant. My experience with Apple Honda was acually enjoyable and I look forward to continuing this relationship for me as well as my family in the future. More

I told her I had shopped 3 dealerships and showed her what I had been offered and what I wanted. Out came Charlie to tell me I have a deal and shook my hand and proceeded to tell me he wanted me as their customer. This is my 6th Honda purchase. No haggle, no lies and no nerve wrecking banter. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop...it never happened. Delivery was completed in 10 minutes...again no surprises. Everyone was super friendly and said “hello.” Apple Honda will be my go to dealership for future purchases. Thank you for an amazing experience!!! You should be considered the hallmark of dealerships. More

Dishonorable Dealership I began with an e chat spelling out what I needed and finances I wanted to lease a car. It was in writing. Then I spoke with an employee and reitera I began with an e chat spelling out what I needed and finances I wanted to lease a car. It was in writing. Then I spoke with an employee and reiterated what I wanted. He said sure. My salesman, Bill, was lovely and worked with me to get the car and have the insurance in order. When I asked for the total after deposit I was stunned to get slammed with additional costs after I was explicit about what I expected to pay. It was in writing and I was told verbally it was fine. The manager, Charlie, told me that he couldn't do the deal and that someone had made a mistake. He was rude and shouting and didn't care that two people in his dealership assured me of the price. He said he would try to make it work but then just sent me higher monthly payments to make up the difference. Not cool to try to fool the customer. I spent an entire day expecting to buy this car but when you are hit with charges of more than $1,000 when you are about to sign the check, it is no wonder car salesmen have a bad reputation. More
