I firts met Charles in January '23 when I first started looking to replace my 2005 Honda CRV. He sold me on the CX-5 signature however it was just a little to much $ for me. I contunied to look and finally looking to replace my 2005 Honda CRV. He sold me on the CX-5 signature however it was just a little to much $ for me. I contunied to look and finally saw a used 2021 for sale at Tustin Mazda. I looked Charles back up, went down for a test drive and he gave me a great price, and I bought. I wasnt an easy customer to switch from the Honda but Charles represents the Mazda line so well, I felt confident that this Mazda will perform just as well or better than the Honda. It's now a week later I couldnt be happier with my new Mazda, thank you Charles! More
