I must say this is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to! I had the pleasure of working with Charles “Luke” Lucas - Internet Sales Manager who was not pushy, very kind, honest, and understandi ever been to! I had the pleasure of working with Charles “Luke” Lucas - Internet Sales Manager who was not pushy, very kind, honest, and understanding of what I wanted and did everything he could possibly do to make an awesome deal that brought me to tears. Thank you Luke!!! He impressed me and made me feel welcome and exactly like a family owned business. I also worked with his mentor and Sales Manager Eric Dohrman. True to his word as well not pushy, and very kind and assisted in making an awesome deal as well. We live 100+ miles away from Coulter Nissan. We communicated with Charles Lucas over the phone and via email prior to coming. I have been going to Coulter Nissan for 2 years, when we moved from Western New York. I’ve only used their service business for my 21 Rogue, and was so pleased with the quality and efficiency of that depart moved from Western New York. I’ve only used their service business for my 21 Rogue, and was so pleased with the quality and efficiency of that department. While here, I met with Luke Lucas to discuss purchasing my Rogue, which was a lease. Within an hour and a half, I walked out with my car as the owner. Luke and Brian Pierce (finance officer) made the process so easy . They answered every question I had, found me a great rate for my loan, and were very helpful, professional and courteous. Finally, as a woman purchasing the car, I was pleased that they did not patronize me, as has happened in other instances of my purchasing an automobile. More
