I especially want to thank Charles Inman (Sales Manager) and Gil Watters (Service Director) for promptly and efficiently addressing each of the concerns listed in my previous review. Mr. Watters actually came to my home with a service technician to provide me with Valet Service. My car was returned by Mr. Watters AND Mark Mauer (General Manager) today. Not only did they resolve each and every item on my list, but they went above and beyond my expectations by attending to items they discovered when my car arrived in the service department. Our experience with this dealership was the best car buying experience we have ever had (and we have purchased a lot of cars the last 55 years.) My wife and I have never had a more easy going and pleasurable experience at a car dealership. Caleb was superb. Never any pressure from anyone. My only regret is that I didn’t need 2 vehicles. By far the best car buying experience EVER!
