Purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime today and Charlie was my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they l my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they listed my car at $20,000 over MSRP which is greedy and far too high. Charlie worked with me and the Sales Manager and he got the price down to a more reasonable level and I agreed to the deal. I definitely would recommend Charles Harvey i you’re looking for a Toyota. More

This dealership has the most professional setup one can ask for. It's clean, and the atmosphere is more than engaging with tea and coffee setup. Even though I didn't make a purchase, my questions about cer ask for. It's clean, and the atmosphere is more than engaging with tea and coffee setup. Even though I didn't make a purchase, my questions about certain vehicles and prices were answered without the hassle of getting a copy of my ID before conversation-mediocre. If I'm ready to make a purchase it'll be with Charles, this guy knows his product and class act! More
