Chic is VERY knowledgeable on all of the new vehicles and was able to whip out facts and statistics at will. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Chic, Ian and the team at Wilde had to work very hard to find the very specific color and packages I was looking for in a vehicle and, despite the inventory being low in the midwest, were able to come up with exactly what it was I was looking for. I greatly appreciate the effort they put in to getting it right. Did I mention we got a great deal as well? These are the 3rd and 4th vehicles I have purchased from Wilde Toyota and will probably not be the last. The follow on service has always been excellent and very convenient. Thanks again guys for making this a great car buying experience! More

Our salesperson Charles wasted no time making us comfortable...acquiescing to my concerns about Covid 19. He made us comfortable and LISTENED to me. Always a great experience working with Wilde Toyota From 1994 to February 2020 I have purchased both new and used vehicles from Wilde Toyota. I come back to Wilde Toyota because of the customer focused attitude, their excellent service and their ability to negotiate a fair sales price. I recently purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited from Charles Clark. He was able to explain all the features of this redesigned vehicle. I love driving this SUV and Charles, "Chic" ,made it very easy to learn all the features that this vehicle offers. Working with him and the Sales Manger, Ian Johnson, we were able to negotiate a great price which was a win-win for all of us. There was no pressure at all. I then worked with Phil Lo on financing and warranty options. He along, with Chic and Ian are why Wilde Toyota is a great place to do business. I will continue to buy and service my vehicles from them. More
